Hot Spanish
Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 800g medium potatoes half cooked
in water and cut in haves
- One tsp cumin
- One tbs paprika
- One tbs crushed garlic
- One crushed chilli
- One whole red pepper
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Place
in a bowl chilli, cumin, paprika, garlic and vinegar and mix well.
In a pan pour about 2 tbs of virgin olive oil and cook cut potatoes till
brown.
Then add the vinegar mixture and red pepper, cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley or coriander.
