Quezadilla

Ingredients:
- Two
cups castor sugar
- two
cups self raising flour/sifted
- One
cup milk
- Four
egg yolks
- Four
egg whites
- 225gm
shredded cheese
- 225gm
butter melted
- 1/2
cup ajonjoli/sesame seeds

Method:
In
a bowl put egg yolks, half the sugar and milk and combine well. Then add
cheese a little bit at the time till all finished, add the rest of the
sugar and milk. Now add sifted flour bit by bit combining well and last
add the melted butter. In another bowl beat egg whites till peaks form,
fold the whites to the rest of the mixture carefully.
Grease a tin 10"x7". Place your Quezadilla mixture and sprinkle
with ajonjoli.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven 180c-200c for 30-40 minutes. Cool in
a cake rack and cut it into squares. Serve fresh with hot chocolate or
coffee.
