Latin American Hot Dogs

Ingredients:
  • Four american style hot dogs/sausages
  • Four hot dog buns
  • One cup of mayonnaise
  • One teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/2 lettuce/chopped
  • One carrot/shredded
  • One medium onion/finely chopped
  • Chiles jalapenos/optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce/optional
  • Mustard sauce/optional




Method:
Place in a bowl lettuce, carrot and onion, in another bowl mix mayonnaise and mustard until well combined.add to vegetable mixture and sprinkle with salt. Prepare sausages as per instructions.
Place veggie and mayo mixture in the buns along with the sausage.serve with tomato and/or mustard sauce and chiles jalapenos. Accompany with wedges or chips.
